Hi Fuchsia - Congrats on your new addition. My wife and I are expecting our 3rd child in July and my lead designer is due in early August. We are going through a lot of the same experiences as you did. Luckily, this isn't somehting that just creeps up on you and planning ahead an shifting priorities and deadlines makes things very managable. The most important thing, as I'm sure you know, enjoy your little ones as much as you can. They are only newborns and toddlers once. All the best.
